Clinics are on Wednesdays and Fridays 9.15am - 5pm. To book with Jess, please contact by phone, email or text. Initially, existing patients will be given priority over new patients.

Acupuncture fees

• Adults - New patients will have their initial appointment (£125) and first two follow ups (£75 x2) arranged during their initial phone call with Jess. The total of £275 must be paid for by BACS to confirm the consultation and treatments. The bookings will be held for 24 hrs to allow you to confirm your decision and arrange payment.

• Ongoing adult appointments - £75

• please note - assessment forms will be sent online in advance, to bring to in-person appointment

• Under 16 & children requiring an hour appointment; initial £90, ongoing £70

• Children u.12 max- initial appointments £75, ongoing £60 (about 1/2hr)

Chinese herbal medicine fees

• Initial assessment and first follow up - in person, adults £140; children £55 (about 1/2 hr) complex needs may need an hr appointment and will be charged accordingly.
• Ongoing - online or in person £45(1/2 hr) 
• Herbs are an additional cost charged at cost payable directly to the dispensary. Costs vary according to the prescription, but a guide figure is between £25-£35 pw

 Cancellation Policy - A minimum notice of 4 working days is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will need to contact Jess directly by text to do so. Late cancellation (less than 4 working days notice) may be charged at up to the full fee at the discretion of the Clinic. Non attendance is always charged at the full fee. All appointment must be paid by five working days in advance.
